What will you be responsible for?
• Develop annual marketing and public relations strategies aligned with the organization’s goals to enhance brand awareness and impact.
• Manage the organization’s social media platforms (including Facebook, Instagram, Threads, etc.) and collaborate with team members to handle daily operations, content creation, data organization, and performance analysis.
• Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns, including scheduling social media posts, preparing marketing materials, coordinating cross-industry partnerships, and managing advertising plans.
• Organize and implement public relations activities for external relations such as media outreach, newsletter management, partnership invitations, and regular communications.
• Lead the marketing and public relations team to delegate and execute related tasks.
• Collaborate across departments to support core organizational operations and achieve department and organizational goals.
What skills, qualities, or experiences are we looking for?
• At least 1 year of experience in marketing or public relations (full-time, freelance, or internship experience all count).
• Proficient with digital marketing tools and social media management.
• Highly sensitive to social media trends and able to adapt strategies promptly based on current situations.
• Strong communication and coordination skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external partners.
• Growth mindset with a strong ability to learn and a willingness to understand unfamiliar tasks.
• Passionate about education or nonprofit organizations and aligned with the organization’s mission and values.
Preferred Qualifications
• Previous work experience in nonprofit organizations or education-related institutions.
• Experience in team leadership and management, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
• Proficient in using various tools to improve work efficiency, such as Notion, ChatGPT, Discord, etc.
• Active content creator with experience managing social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, or Dcard.

Salary and Benefits
• Salary: NT$35,000–45,000, adjusted based on experience and skills.
• Includes a year-end bonus, with an annual salary equivalent to 13 months. Performance and salary reviews are conducted regularly.
